Rancho de Paso Patter began almost twenty years ago with a Peruvian Paso gelding and a Shetland Pony. If the name seems a little familiar, it is because one of the owners used to publish a newsletter called the "Paso Patter". We have since evolved into a breeding establishment of over 25 Peruvians from ages 3 months to over 20 years of age. We have two sets of three generations.

We offer breeding services and horses for sale. Our new facility is still evolving but visitors are welcome by appointment. Please continue browsing our website.

Our goals in breeding are gait and strength.

When we talk about gait, our first consideration is smoothness. High termino is considered icing on the cake even though most spectators prefer to watch a horse with a lot of termino over a smooth one with low termino.
